Previously, Kayla served as Executive Director at Durham Ridge Assisted Living and held various roles including Community Director at March of Dimes and Independent Consultant at United Way Worldwide. With a strong background in operational strategy and team management, Kayla has been instrumental in enhancing patient care and clinical operations throughout their career. Kayla earned a B.S. from Appalachian State University in 2010.
