Anangel Gonzalez

Anangel Gonzalez has worked in a variety of roles since 1997. Anangel began their career at Ford Motor Company as a Black Belt and Green Belt, Vehicle Evaluations Coordinator, Imported Parts Product Engineer, and Inventory Control Analyst. In 2003, they joined Kraft Foods Venezuela as a Continuous Improvement Coach. In 2005, they participated in the Talent Exchange Program with Kraft Foods Polska and worked as a Continuous Improvement Engineer. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as Manager Administration at CONSYPER C.A. In 2019, they began working as a Production Manager at New Classic Cooking LLC, where they achieved SQF Audit compliance with 92%, increased overall output in the plant by 15%, and developed and executed training plans for a multicultural workforce. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Production Manager at Clio Snacks.

Anangel Gonzalez has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Manchester, which they completed between 1993 and 1997 in Manufacturing Systems Engineering. Anangel also obtained an Operation Management Specialist from IESA between 1998 and 2000 in Operations Management.
