Lauren Pollack

Lauren Pollack has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2011 with a Surveyor position at Winsby Inc. Lauren then held a Summer Research Assistant position at the University of Connecticut Health Center, followed by a Marketing Intern role at Position Tech, LLC. In 2012, they were a Digital Marketing Intern at Legrand North America, and a Content Development Intern at LiquidThread, Starcom MediaVest Group. Lauren also held a Student Admissions Council (SAC) Coordinator role at Northwestern University during this time. In 2013, they began working at PepsiCo as a Marketing Intern, followed by roles as a Marketing Associate Analyst, Marketing Analyst, and Assistant Marketing Manager. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager at RXBAR. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at Clio Snacks as the Brand Director.

Lauren Pollack attended Northwestern University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Spanish and an Integrating Marketing Certificate. Prior to that, they attended Simsbury High School from 2006 to 2010.
