Alyssa Chen is a Customer Success Specialist in Legal Content at Clio since May 2024. Previously, Alyssa served as an Associate in the Business Law Group at Gowling WLG from September 2023 to April 2024, where a strong focus on collaborative client engagement to achieve strategic goals was maintained. Alyssa's legal career began with an articling position at Gowling WLG, following a summer law internship there and a role as Student Director at the Western Business Law Clinic. Earlier experiences include customer service roles at Scotiabank and EventMobi, as well as positions focused on student leadership development at the University of Waterloo. Alyssa holds a Juris Doctor from Western University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Waterloo.
