Daniel Pennypacker has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Daniel is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tempo Automation as a Technical Lead from 2018 to 2022, where they played a key role in migrating the tech stack to deployment using Terraform, Terraform Cloud, and AWS. Daniel also led the development of the company's first design system/style guide/component library. Before that, they worked at One Medical Group as a Senior Software Engineer from 2015 to 2018, where they contributed to the development of an in-house web-based Medical Record System and implemented features for prescribing controlled prescriptions. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Lead Front End Developer at UserVoice, Software Engineer at GoPro, and Web Developer at General Things Inc. Daniel also worked as a Software Engineer at Mindjet and gained experience in freelance web development. Daniel co-founded Blipboard, a location-based social network, and served as a developer responsible for the entire front end. Their earliest role was as an Engineer at Infectious.com, where they were the lead developer, deployed with Capistrano, developed new features and products, and managed remote engineers.
