Itilv4 Zainab Ali Security Plus

Zainab Ali has worked in various IT roles throughout their career. Zainab started as an IT Technical Head at Dhruva Associates from February 2011 to January 2015. Zainab then worked as an IT Network Assistant at DeVry University from May 2015 to June 2017, where they managed systems configuration and maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing operations.

In 2017, Zainab joined Camelot Illinois as an Information Technology Support Engineer and remained there until March 2020. During their time at Camelot Illinois, they provided support and troubleshooting for IT systems and networks.

From March 2020 to May 2021, Zainab worked as a System Analyst at Seaspan ULC, where they contributed to system analysis and played a key role in ensuring smooth operations.

Currently, Zainab is working as a Senior IT Specialist at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, a role they started in June 2021. Zainab leverages their expertise in ITILv4 and Security Plus to provide advanced IT support and solutions.

Zainab Ali's education history includes a Masters in Networking and Communication Management obtained from DeVry University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Design from the Church Of South India Institute Of Technology from 2005 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Zainab has obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they earned the ITIL 4 Foundation certification from LinkedIn, and also obtained the ITIL 4 certification from Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In November 2018, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce certification from CompTIA and completed the Security+ certification from the same institution.
