Jadesola S. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. They started their career as an Information Technology Intern at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria in 2012, where they worked on the installation and maintenance of telecommunications and audio-visual systems. Following this, they worked as an IT Assistant and Data Entry Officer at Cittrex Web Tech; Experts, Adeleke Adesina.

In 2017, Jadesola joined Priority Communications Limited as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled customer inquiries and reported service downtimes for communication networks. They continued to gain technical support experience at Tek Experts from 2019 to 2022, specializing in Microsoft Tenant Subscription Support and utilizing CRM tools to manage customer inquiries.

In 2021, Jadesola briefly worked as a Data Entry Specialist at Study.com before joining AnywhereWorks as an Associate for a short period in 2022. Currently, they are working at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology as a Support Specialist.

Throughout their career, Jadesola has demonstrated a strong focus on customer service and technical support, with expertise in various software and systems such as Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and CRM tools.

Jadesola S. has a diverse education history. From 2003 to 2010, they attended Mayflower School Ikenne, where they pursued their O Levels in the science field. In 2010, they went on to study Telecommunications Technology at Tai Solarin University of Education Ijagun Ogun State in Nigeria and obtained their Bsc degree by 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Jadesola S. has demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning and skill development. In 2017, they completed the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Training. Furthermore, in 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Business Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). More recently, they have earned several certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, and Microsoft Certified Trainer 2021-2022. In addition, they also hold the MSUS Cloud Skills Challenge Champion title. Additionally, Jadesola S. holds a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate and a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Coursera.

Looking to the future, Jadesola S. has expressed an interest in pursuing cybersecurity and is planning to enroll at Blacktech in 2023.
