Jiaxuan S.

Jiaxuan S. has a diverse work experience in the fields of software development and electrical engineering. They currently work as a Software Developer at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology. Prior to that, Jiaxuan worked as an Electrical Engineer at The University of Kansas, where they designed and supported radar digital systems and implemented various features for radar operation software. They also worked as an Electrical Engineer at National Oilwell Varco, where they worked on downhole sensors, wrote firmware code, and built a program for decoding and displaying downhole data. Jiaxuan completed a rotational program with various engineering organizations within the company during their time at National Oilwell Varco.

Jiaxuan S. has a diverse educational background with degrees in both computer science and electrical engineering. Jiaxuan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Math at The George Washington University from 2009 to 2013. In 2011, they also participated in a study abroad program at University College Dublin, where they focused on electrical engineering. Jiaxuan then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering at Columbia University from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained the Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) in July 2014. Currently, Jiaxuan is furthering their education by pursuing a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science at Northeastern University, with an expected completion date in 2023.
