Marika McTague

Marika McTague has a diverse range of work experience. Marika spent the majority of their career in sales and business development roles. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at TouchBistro, where they managed and trained teams of inbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Marika also played a key role in implementing new software and coordinating with marketing. Prior to that, they worked as an Administrative Specialist at ProService Hawaii and as an Office Manager at Sweet Spirit Farms. Marika also has experience in the legal technology industry, having worked as an SDR Manager at Clio, where they managed a team handling new leads and implemented new processes to increase efficiency. Marika also partnered with marketing and sales managers to improve inter-department relations. Earlier in their career, they worked as an ESL Teacher for eight years in Taiwan, where they educated students of various ages and created innovative teaching curriculum.

Marika McTague obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Saint Mary's University from 2001 to 2005. Marika also obtained additional certifications including a Human Resources Certificate from Saint Mary's University in September 2013, a Certified Life Coach certification from Coach Training Alliance in August 2011, and a TESL Certificate from Oxford Seminars Certification in August 2005.
