Scott Hamilton has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Scott started their career in 2010 as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at Panago CCC, where they took pizza orders over the phone and performed administrative tasks. In 2011, they joined InComm as a Bilingual (EN/FR) Customer Service Representative, handling customer service inquiries in both English and French. Scott was later promoted to Bilingual (EN/FR) Team Lead, responsible for assisting and managing customer service representatives. In 2016, Scott joined Clio - Legal Practice Management Software as a Customer Support Specialist. In 2017, they held multiple positions at different companies, including RSK Co. Ltd. (SAKURA EXCHANGE) as the Chief Operating Officer, managing currency exchange shops and overseeing staff and financial operations. Scott also worked at Sakura House Japan as a Sales and Resident Relations specialist, liaising with customers and reporting sales data. Additionally, they worked as a Communication Infrastructure Specialist and Marketing and Design Specialist at Sakura House Japan. In 2018, Scott returned to Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology as an Intermediate Customer Support Specialist and was later promoted to Data Migration Specialist in 2020.

Scott Hamilton attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued Japanese Language and Literature.
