Sean Filiatrault

Sean Filiatrault has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sean started their career as an Operations & IT Manager at Online Fitness Education in 2007. Sean then worked as a Project Manager & Interaction Designer at Knowledge Network in 2010. In 2011, they joined Work at Play as a User Experience Designer & Lead Product Owner, where they worked on projects for well-known brands in different industries. In 2012, Sean became a Product Designer at Wellpepper, a mobile patient engagement platform. Sean worked there until 2017 and contributed to the platform's success in delivering patient-centered care. In 2015, they took on the role of Lead UX Instructor at BrainStation, an educational institution focusing on empowering creators. Sean worked there until 2018. Sean then joined Clio, a cloud-based legal technology company, as a Senior Product Designer in 2016. Sean later took on leadership roles within the company, including Product Design Lead for the Manage platform and Product Design Manager for the Platform. In 2021, Sean transitioned to a Staff Product Designer role at Clio Grow. Throughout their career, Sean has been involved in product design, user experience, mentorship, and strategy development, enabling him to make valuable contributions to the organizations they have worked for.

Sean Filiatrault has a Diploma in Interactive Design from Capilano University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Provincial Vocational College from 2004 to 2007 and earned a Red Seal Certificate of Qualification in Plumbing, focusing on Plumbing and Natural Gas. Additionally, Sean obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2012.
