Todd Vintr has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Todd started their career at White Spot as a Line Cook from October 2011 to January 2014. Todd then worked at Browns Socialhouse as a Line Cook from January 2014 to May 2016 and later transitioned to the role of Communications Manager from January 2016 to June 2016.

Todd joined BC Ferries in November 2016 and held various positions. Todd served as an Office Administrator from November 2016 to February 2018, where they managed business partner relationships and handled office organization. Todd then became a Customer Service Attendant/Ticket Agent from May 2016 to August 2021, dealing with various customer issues and providing accurate information. Finally, they assumed the role of Lead Standardized Education & Assessment Trainer from February 2018 to August 2021, training employees of all skill levels and contributing to customer satisfaction projects.

Currently, Todd is employed at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology. Todd initially worked as a Customer Onboarding Specialist from September 2021 to April 2022, providing technical expertise and assisting clients in navigating the Clio Platform. Todd then advanced to the position of Intermediate Customer Onboarding Specialist from April 2022 to May 2022, where their responsibilities included delivering onboarding sessions and ensuring client success. Currently, Todd is serving as a Customer Success Operations Coordinator, aligning departments and improving key areas such as metrics and data integrity, CS tech stack ownership, workflow practices, and strategic business objectives and programs. Todd is proficient in using various tools like Salesforce reporting, Excel spreadsheets, and Google Sheets for data reconciliation and analysis.

Todd Vintr graduated from Seaquam Secondary School in 2012 with a Dogwood degree in General Studies. Todd then attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Diploma in Marketing/Marketing Management, General.
