Shalini Sridharan took a career break to focus on raising their children, returning to the industry by completing refresher courses in Java programming, Python for Data Science, and Selenium Web Driver with Java. Shalini currently works at Clip Automation as an EPM & QA Lead, overseeing the development and QA for Digital Transformation products. Prior to this, Shalini worked at IBM as a Staff Software Engineer and Software Engineer, leading the PureQuery product functional verification test team and creating test requirements and plans for new features.
