Dafne Baal Ortiz Avila has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Dafne Baal started their career in 2013 as a Junior Backend Developer at MindBits Technologies SC, where they focused on modifying existing software, analyzing requirements, and providing client training. In 2014, they joined the Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) as a Junior Backend Developer, where they maintained and designed new applications, and worked closely with clients to establish system specifications. Dafne Baal was later promoted to the role of Project Leader, where they supervised system implementations and maintained existing applications.

In 2019, Dafne joined Grupo Nacional Provincial - GNP as a Senior Backend Developer, where they continued to work on backend development projects. Dafne Baal then moved to GBM Grupo Bursátil Mexicano as a Senior Backend Developer, focusing on implementing and testing new technologies that added value to the trading business, improving system performance, and migrating systems to cloud environments.
