Faith Aninye

Faith Aninye has three years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as an Operations Support Specialist at Clipboard Health. In 2019, they began working at First City Monument Bank Limited as a Contact Center Consultant, where they reduced the abandon rate by answering inbound calls, chats, mails while striving for first contact resolution. Faith also served as the voice of the customer and bridged the gap between the customers and the management by identifying trends from logged complaints/inquiries and escalating the feedback to the management. Additionally, they improved customer experience by responding to inquiries, providing service information, and resolving customer's complaints using the applicable software. In 2019, they also began working at Ozah Chem and Pharm as a Sales Supervisor, where they led a team of 5, delegated tasks and monitored team's performance. Faith also increased sales by enhancing customer service and expanding delivery systems, and completed paperwork, handled complaints, and reported to senior management.

Faith Aninye holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiology, General from Ambrose Alli University.
