Josh Stein

Josh Stein has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Josh began their career as a Summer Associate at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP in 2013. Josh then worked as an Associate at the same firm in 2014 and 2016. In 2015, they were a Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Associate at Hueston Hennigan LLP and Stris & Maher LLP. In 2020, they were an Associate at Fenwick & West and in 2021, they were Litigation Counsel at Twitter. Currently, they are the Director of Litigation and Operations at Clipboard Health.

Josh Stein attended Yale University from 1998 to 2002, where they received a Bachelor of Arts in History and English. Josh then attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2003 to 2009, where they received a Doctor of Philosophy in American History (United States). Josh then attended Yale Law School from 2011 to 2014, where they received a Doctor of Law. In December 2014, they were admitted to the California Bar.
