Michael Pasinkoff has over 15 years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as Counsel, Litigation and Investigations for Clipboard Health. Prior to that, they served as Special Counsel for the New York State Executive Chamber from 2021 to 2020. From 2020 to 2007, they worked as Special Counsel for Ethics, Risk and Compliance for the NYS Division of Human Rights. From 2007 to 2021, they worked at the New York County District Attorney's Office in various roles, including Assistant District Attorney, Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit, Assistant District Attorney, and Deputy Chief of the Hate Crimes Unit. In their role as Assistant District Attorney, Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit, they conducted long-term investigations into gangs and other violent criminal organizations, supervised the prosecution and investigations into narcotics distribution organizations, and led long-term investigations into violent criminal organizations utilizing a team of investigative analysts and detectives.
Michael Pasinkoff attended Brooklyn Law School from 2004 to 2007 and graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude. Prior to that, they attended New York University from 2000 to 2003 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government.
