Donald Owsley

Donald Owsley has extensive experience in information technology management, serving as the Manager of Information Technologies at Clippard Instrument Laboratory, Inc. since March 1980, overseeing a wide range of IT functions including network management, software applications, and financial reporting. Prior to this role, Donald Owsley was an instructor at Princeton High School from September 1973 to March 1980, teaching courses in information technology and business. Additionally, Donald Owsley gained early administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at Graves-Gilbert Clinic, PSC. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Secondary Education from Western Kentucky University.
