Neele Pawlowski

Neele Pawlowski is currently working as a Chartering Manager at Clipper Group, specializing in Handysize Cont/Med. In addition, Neele is a Co-founder and Board Member at WIS-Denmark, a network for women in the Shipping Industry with over 600 members. With a background in various roles within the shipping industry, Neele has experience in parceling services for commodities such as general bulk, fertilizer, grain, steel, project, lumber, and pulp. Previous positions include Operations Manager at Ultrabulk Parcel Services and Ultrabulk, as well as Operations Manager at Ultranav and Assistant Operations Manager at Eitzen Group. Neele started as a Shipping Trainee in the industry, building up expertise in chemical and oil tankers parceling.
