Denitsa Koleva has worked in the Human Resources field since 2012. Denitsa started as a People & Culture Specialist at XS Software in 2012, then moved to DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in 2014 as an HR Specialist. In 2016, they joined ScaleFocus as an Employer Branding Specialist and Talent Management Specialist. In 2019, they became a Recruiting Manager at Clippings. Most recently, in 2022, they were hired as a People & Talent Consultant at DesignTechnologies.
Denitsa Koleva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in 2013. Denitsa then went on to earn a Master's degree in Labour markets and Human Resources Development from the same university in 2015. In 2017, they earned a Master's degree in Advertising, Innovative Marketing & Brand Management from Saatchi & Saatchi Bulgaria & VUZF University. Additionally, they obtained a certification from Thomas International in April 2015.
