Paul Houlgate

Paul Houlgate is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Clipway since March 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held the same position at RockSling Analytics from July 2022 to March 2023. With previous experience at Coller Capital from September 2005 to April 2022, Paul served as a Quantitative Manager and IT Developer. Paul completed their education at Loughborough University from 1997 to 2000.
