Amit Parmar

Amit Parmar is the current Co-Founder and CEO at Cliquify. Amit has also previously worked at Techstars Foundation, Cliquify, and Forbes Human Resources Council. In their previous positions, they have focused on talent succession, high potential development, organizational design and cultural effectiveness. From July 2015 to November 2016, they served as the Global Director of Talent Management at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In this role, they led the company's efforts to succession, performance, equity & inclusion. From November 2016 to October 2020, Amit Parmar served as the Global VP Talent / HR at Unisys. In this role, they managed a multi-million dollar global budget and led a team of 150 people in the Talent Attraction, Learning & Development, and Talent Management divisions. Under their leadership, the company hired over 5,000 people globally per year while retaining 85%+ in an equitable way.

Amit Parmar has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Medical Technology/Technologist from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Amit is also a graduate of the Startup Hyperaccelerator Program at INSEAD.
