Phillipa Symington

Phillipa Symington is a partner at Clive Owen LLP, having joined the firm in August 2022, driven by a passion for audits of owner-managed businesses. Prior to this role, Phillipa served as a director at KPMG UK from February 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included oversight of auditing in the Leeds office. Before moving to the UK, Phillipa was a director at SNG Grant Thornton South Africa from March 2004 to December 2018, after completing a traineeship there in 2007. Education includes a BCom (Hons) in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria and professional qualifications from ICAEW and other prominent accounting bodies.
