Mark Stephenson

Mark Stephenson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Mark is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at clixifix® Customer Care, simplified software since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of CTO at Intelligence Fusion from November 2019 to June 2021. Before that, they worked as a CTO at both SaveTheHighStreet.org and JoinJo.com from May 2018 to October 2019.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Technical Implementation Consultant at Teradata from July 2016 to May 2018. Mark also served as the Head of Technology and Delivery at evvnt from April 2014 to May 2016, where they implemented Lean Agile methodology and oversaw various responsibilities related to technology and strategy.

Mark Stephenson founded and served as the CEO of EventSneaker from February 2013 to April 2014, eventually leading to a successful acquisition. Before that, they gained experience as an SQL Database Developer at Juriba Limited from February 2012 to January 2013, and as an SQL/BI Developer at LIT from August 2011 to May 2012. Mark started their career as a Technical Implementation Consultant at Care Services Efficiency Delivery, where they worked from an unspecified date in 2006 to January 2012.

Mark Stephenson has a diverse education history focused primarily on computing and technology. In 1997, they attended JHP Training where they studied Information Technology until 2009. During this time, they obtained a certification in MCITP for SQL BI 2008 from Firebrand. In 2009, they enrolled in The Open University and pursued a degree in Computing and Systems Practice, which is currently ongoing.
