Michael Zampetti

Michael Zampetti has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on construction and development. Michael is currently serving as the VP of Multifamily Construction at CLK Multifamily Management LLC. Prior to this, they held the position of Principal at Largo NYC, where they specialized in the acquisition, development, and operation of luxury multifamily and mixed-use real estate in New York City. Before that, they worked as Managing Director at Slate Property Group, where they were involved in residential and commercial real estate development in the New York metropolitan area. Additionally, Michael Zampetti owned and operated NMZ Construction and Son LLC for a decade.

Michael Zampetti attended Penn State Erie, The Behrend College from 1995 to 1999, where they studied European History. Michael later pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate Development at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate from 2005 to 2008.
