Frances Pomposo

Frances Pomposo is a legal operations professional with extensive experience in strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as VP of Legal and Government Affairs Strategy and Operations at Splunk, Frances has held leadership positions including Senior Director of Legal Operations and Chief of Staff to the General Counsel at Workday, and Head of Legal Operations and Chief of Staff at Lyft. Additionally, Frances contributes to the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC) as a Member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer, and has previously led the Emerging Legal Department Group within CLOC. Frances holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from San Jose State University and a BA in Sociology from Santa Clara University.
