Nicole Zafian

Nicole Zafian has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nicole is currently the Head of Content and Education at CLOC (Corporate Legal Operations Consortium) since March 2021. Prior to this, they held roles at the International Coaching Federation, starting as the Learning Manager from February 2013 to March 2015. Nicole then progressed to become the Assistant Director of Education from March 2015 to March 2017, and eventually served as the Director of Education from March 2017 to March 2021.

Before working at the International Coaching Federation, Nicole worked as the Service and Training Manager at Gap Inc./Old Navy in 2012. Prior to that, they held positions at CEDIA, where they started as an Education Events Assistant from April 2007 to February 2009, and later became an Education Events Manager from February 2009 to November 2011. Their earliest work experience was as a Licensing Specialist at Interact Family Services from November 2005 to April 2007.

Nicole Zafian received their BA degree in Psychology, Sociology, Child Development & Family Studies from Purdue University. Nicole completed their education at Purdue University from 2001 to 2005.
