Cat Musgrove is an experienced animator with a career spanning over 15 years. In 2006, they began as an Art Intern at Angle, Inc, where they were responsible for texturing, modeling, rigging, animation, and lighting for military simulation "game" outcomes. In 2007, they joined Vicarious Visions as an Animator and worked in 3Ds Max on character and mechanical prop animation, primarily focused on minions and mini-bosses. In 2012, they Co-Founded Trouble Impact, LLC, a two-person game studio located in Austin, TX. In 2017, they became a Self-Employed Animation Freelancer and worked for Hiding Spot Games from January 2020 to April 2020, creating 3D assets and animation for Welcome to Beacon Pines. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as a 3D Animator & Medical Artist, creating character animation, storyboards, and animatic creation for educational shorts for children about medical conditions, as well as animations demonstrating surgical procedures for patients, and illustrations for medical papers and the children's book Hank the Heart. Finally, in 2023, they joined Clockwork Labs as an Animator.

Cat Musgrove attended Ringling College of Art and Design from 2003 to 2007, graduating with a B.F.A. in Computer Animation. In 2022, Cat Musgrove enrolled in Animation Mentor.
