Tyler Lefky

Tyler Lefky serves as General Counsel and Operations Lead at Clockwork Labs, where guidance is provided to founders and C-suite executives on legal matters, including commercial agreements and compliance. Additionally, Tyler is a Board Member at Think Round, Inc. and serves as a Legal Advisor to the CEO of Cinemaloop Inc. Previously, Tyler held the role of General Counsel at Ponto, offering legal counsel on various documents and corporate policies. Experience also includes working as a Corporate Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and as an Associate at Milbank LLP, focusing on transactional law and corporate governance.
