Christian Spletzer

Christian Spletzer is the founder and CEO of Clockwork Recruiting. Christian has over fifteen years of experience in executive recruiting, management, and operations.

Christian began their career in executive recruiting at CTPartners in January 2005. Christian was quickly promoted to Director and oversaw all stages of high-end, retained executive search projects. Christian was heavily involved with operations and led a team of nine recruiters. Christian was also responsible for researching and implementing best practices for the company, as well as designing and executing email marketing campaigns and press releases.

In 2010, Christian left CTPartners to start Clockwork Recruiting. Clockwork is a full-service recruiting firm that specializes in placing top talent in hard-to-fill positions. The company has successfully placed executives at companies such as Google, Facebook, Apple, and Amazon.

Christian Spletzer has a JD from Brooklyn Law School, a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University, and is certified by the South Carolina, Connecticut, and New York Bar Associations.
