Anand Balakrishnan

With two decades of commodities experience, Mr. Balakrishnan has spent over 12 years trading gas, power and crude oil swaps and options, as well as five years pricing and managing complex power gas and gas structured transactions, prior to founding a successful energy advisory firm. His experience includes the co-founding of three trading teams involved in FTRs, options, structured power products, gas transportation and storage.

Mr. Balakrishnan holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management, an MBA from University of Missouri-Kansas City and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy. He is also a CFA charter-holder.
