Evan Welber Falcón

Evan Welber Falcón is a legal professional currently serving as the Legal Program Manager (Attorney) for TrialWatch at the Clooney Foundation for Justice since May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Attorney at the Libyan American Alliance, Legal Fellow with the Litigation Team at the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University, and Staff Attorney for the Justice Defenders Program at the American Bar Association. Falcón has also worked as a Human Rights Officer in the Investigations Unit for the UN Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic and served as a Bernstein Fellow at the Open Society Foundations. Falcón held student attorney positions at the Yale Law School's Allard K. Lowenstein International Human Rights Clinic and the International Refugee Assistance Project, among other legal internships. Falcón earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Anthropology from Columbia College, Columbia University.
