Rhianna Hayes

Rhianna Hayes has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and talent strategy. Rhianna is currently the Head of Talent Strategy & Client Success at Clora, where they lead teams to provide biotech and pharma clients with access to top independent consultants. Prior to Clora, Rhianna worked at Biogen as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, focusing on R&D and worldwide medical positions. Rhianna also served as the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Haemonetics, where they played a key role in identifying and matching talent with the company's goals of improving healthcare. Previously, they worked at Pegasystems as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, leading recruitment efforts for various business units. Rhianna also has experience as a Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems and as an HR Intern at Biolitec, Inc.

Rhianna Hayes completed their Bachelor's degree in Management and Sociology from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Rhianna attended the university from 2007 to 2011.
