Ben Jordan

Ben Jordan has extensive experience in finance and data management, currently serving as Head of Finance Data & Change at Close Brothers Premium Finance since March 2011. In this role, Ben leads teams focused on finance change and project management while supporting the data agenda across the division. Previous positions at Close Brothers include Head of Finance Systems and Financial Systems & Process Manager, involving responsibilities such as TM1 and Cognos BI architecture design, process improvements, and staff management. Ben has also held roles as Financial Systems Accountant and Financial Reporting Accountant, where responsibilities included financial reporting, data investigation, and ensuring effective control environments. Earlier experience includes an Assistant Management Accountant position at Guildford College of Further & Higher Education, focusing on management accounts, budget forecasting, and balance sheet reconciliation.
