Dickson Wong is a seasoned Business Analyst with a robust background in IT solutions and project management. Currently serving at Close Brothers since April 2022, Dickson applies diverse analytical techniques to enhance organizational culture and technology. Prior experience includes a decade at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, where Dickson held roles ranging from Technical Lead to Senior Analyst, overseeing project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, managing offshore development teams, and implementing significant systems such as Enterprise Notification and Information Dissemination solutions.
