Paul Geary

Paul Geary is an accomplished Senior Credit Manager with over three decades of experience in credit management and underwriting. Currently serving at Close Brothers since January 2019, Paul oversees the Central Credit function across various divisions including Aviation, Marine, and Construction. Previously, Paul held the position of Senior Credit Manager at Paragon Bank Asset Finance Limited from October 2015 to January 2019, managing the asset and leasing credit team for the Group. Additionally, Paul spent 23 years at Five Arrows Leasing Group Limited, a subsidiary of NM Rothschild, in a similar senior credit management role.
