Tara Kilduff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational controls, regulatory initiatives, and programme management within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Retail Chief Controls Officer and Head of Regulatory Initiatives at Close Brothers since April 2021, Tara has previously held key roles at Barclays where responsibilities included overseeing Business Banking Operational Controls, leading global culture programmes, and managing financial operations as a Chief Operating Officer. Tara's career commenced in audit at PwC and has encompassed various leadership positions focused on risk management and operational excellence across multiple divisions within Barclays, as well as financial management roles at industry-leading organizations. Tara holds educational credentials from Griffith College Dublin and St Sarans Ferbane.
