George Lucas has had a varied career, beginning with a role as Hospitality Supervisor for the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) in 2013. George then held a Marketing Intern position at International SOS in 2014, followed by a Brand Marketing Intern role at Lloyd's of London in the same year. In 2015, George held the role of Marketing Executive at Tripwire App. From 2016 to 2018, George held multiple roles at Vancouver Whitecaps FC, including Account Executive, Sales, Inside Sales, and Pitch-side Suites Supervisor. George also held the role of Client Success & Content Marketing Lead at Gold Mind Digital: Small Business SEO Agency during this time. Finally, from 2018 to present, George has held four roles at Close, including Manager, Support - Americas, Senior Support Executive, Support Executive, and Support Specialist.

George Lucas completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology (International) from the University of Leeds between 2011 and 2015. During this time, they also studied Psychology at Western University between 2013 and 2014. Prior to this, they attended Hampton School from 2004 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, George Lucas has obtained several certifications, including The Power of Team Culture from the University of Pennsylvania in August 2021, Leading Teams from the University of Michigan in July 2021, Inspiring and Motivating Individuals from the University of Michigan in June 2021, and an Inbound Sales Certification from HubSpot in April 2016.
