Meredith Vass

Meredith Vass is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of People and Talent at Closed Loop Partners since September 2023. Vass has held key leadership roles in people operations at various organizations, including Head of People at Waldo and Point Card, and Director of People at Revel and Laird + Partners. Prior experience includes overseeing People & Culture at Refinery29, managing talent at Profero, and serving as Creative Resource Manager and HR Manager at Publicis Modem. Vass began the career at IAC, progressing from HR Coordinator to Sr. HR Associate. Educationally, Vass holds a degree from Northeastern University, completed between 1999 and 2004.
