Jennifer Ulie

Jennifer Ulie, Ph.D., currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Closegap and is the Founder and CEO of Mensana Wellness Solutions, which focuses on advancing mental wellness through innovative approaches. Previously, Jennifer has held multiple roles in academia as an Adjunct Professor at Drake University and an Assistant Professor at Grand View University. Additionally, Jennifer founded and directed the Please Pass the Love School Mental Health Initiative, which has provided vital training and support for educators in Iowa. Jennifer's community involvement includes serving as a School Board Member for West Des Moines Community Schools and a Board Member for Greater Des Moines NAMI. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Iowa, a Masters in Educational Specialization from Drake University, and a Ph.D. in Special Education and Teaching from Iowa State University.
