Olivia Cole has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Olivia currently works at CloserIQ, where they hold several positions, including Sales Manager, Talent Advisory, Senior Talent Advisor, Team Lead, and Senior Talent Advisor. In these roles, they help companies build high-performing sales organizations by attracting, hiring, advancing, and retaining top sales talent. Olivia also worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Better.com from 2020 to 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Olivia held various positions at Delta Gamma Fraternity, including Vice President of Member Education, Director of Scholarship, and Honor Board Member. Olivia also gained experience as a Non-Product Purchasing Summer Intern at Pratt & Whitney and worked as a Staff Writer at The Daily Orange. Additionally, they have held roles at Sea Bright Public Beach, Syracuse University, 2nd Jetty, and The Corner Cafe and Bistro.

Olivia Cole attended Syracuse University from 2016 to 2020, where they received a Bachelor of Arts degree. Olivia graduated Magna Cum Laude with a double major in English and Economics, and a minor in Global Political Economy. Prior to their university education, Olivia Cole attended Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg LP in May 2017.
