Lisette Cruz-Townzen, LE has a diverse work experience in the beauty and fashion industry. Lisette began in 2019 as an Esthetician Educator at JD Academy of Salon and Spa, where they imparted their knowledge and skills to aspiring estheticians. In 2020, they ventured into the realm of beauty and self-care, working at LM Beauty at Bliss Mind & Body as a Licensed Esthetician, Makeup Artist, and Certified Oola Life Coach. At LM Beauty, they focused on enhancing the inner confidence of women through various beauty treatments such as sugaring, aromatherapy facials, and makeup application. In the same year, they became a Closet Candy Lead Stylist at Closet Candy Boutique, showcasing their expertise in fashion styling. Lisette also served as a OneHope Wine Cause Entrepreneur at ONEHOPE Wine from 2020 to 2021, where they promoted the brand's award-winning wines and raised funds for local and global nonprofits. Throughout their diverse roles, Lisette has consistently demonstrated their passion for beauty, fashion, and making a positive impact on others.

Lisette Cruz-Townzen, LE completed the Journeyman Makeup Program at Makeup Designory in 2003, earning a Diploma. In 2015 to 2016, they attended The Academy for Salon Professionals, where they studied Cosmetology, Barber/Styling, and Nail Instructor. Lisette furthered their education by attending Fremont Beauty College from 2017 to 2018, specializing in Aesthetician/Esthetician and Skin Care Specialist.

In addition to their formal education, Lisette has obtained various certifications. In December 2019, they became a Certified Sanitation Specialist through Sanitation Conversation. In April 2020, they received the BARBICIDE® Certification from Barbicide. In May 2020, Lisette acquired the Green Beauty Academy Facial Gua Sha for Professionals certification from the Green Beauty Academy. Lisette also obtained the Body Sugar Professional certification from iSugar University, and the Body Sugaring Certification through Keko Sugaring Professionals, both in May 2020.
