Bill Weldon has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as President and Owner of Closet Factory, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Business Leader and Founder/Principal of the Weldon Group Inc. starting in 2020.

Bill Weldon obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Bill later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Webster University, attending from 1998 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Weldon also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the DOD Finance Managers Course from the United States Department of Defense in March 2010, IR Global Supply Chain Essentials from Ingersoll Rand in March 2008, and C.P.M. (2000 - GE) from the Institute of Supply Chain Management (ISCM) in December 2002. Bill also completed the Experienced Corporate Executive Leadership Course (E-CELC) from GE in November 2000, earned the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from GE in December 1998, and completed the New Manager Development Course (NMDC) in April 1998. Prior to that, they participated in the JOLP (Junior Officer Leadership Program) at GE in December 1997 and obtained the DOD Materiel Acquisition Management certification from the U.S. Army Logistics Center (CASCOM) in November 1993.
