Joe Devine

Joe Devine is the Founder of Cloud [8] Sixteen, Inc, which they started in 2007. Joe also served as the Founder and CEO of Ngage Live Chat, where they pioneered the legal live chat industry and had a successful exit in 2015. Additionally, Joe Devine was the Vice President of Sales for Lawinfo.com, Inc and held various roles in sales and management positions at Medleh Group and Casepost. Joe is currently an Investor and Franchise Owner at Restore Hyper Wellness & Cryotherapy and a Partner at Case Capital Trust. Joe Devine also served as a Board Member at Pinoy Partners Outsourcing Center Inc. (PPOC).

Joe Devine completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University from 1994 to 1997. Before that, they attended Waynesburg University from 1992 to 1994, where they studied Marketing.
