Rose Rustowicz

Rose Rustowicz has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. In 2011, they were a Resident Advisor, YearOne Peer Advisor, Note Taker, and Multidisciplinary Vision Lab Research Assistant at the Rochester Institute of Technology. In 2014, they were an Image/Signal Processing Technical Intern at Ball Aerospace. In 2015, they were a Remote Sensing Fulbright Research Grantee and a Geology Research Assistant at the University at Buffalo (UB). In 2016, they were a Computer Scientist and Automatic Target Recognition Center at the Air Force Research Laboratory. In 2017, they were an Imagery Analytics Intern at Planet, and in 2018 they were a Machine Learning/Imagery Analytics Intern at Planet. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Sustainability and Artificial Intelligence Lab/Lobell Lab and a Stanford Computational Imaging at Stanford University. In 2019, they were an Applied Scientist III, Sustainability, an Applied Scientist, Platform Consultant, and an Applied Scientist, Agriculture at Descartes Labs. Finally, in 2022, they will be a Senior Geospatial Data Scientist at Perennial.

Rose Rustowicz attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Imaging Science. In 2013, they attended University of Otago, but did not receive a degree. In 2017, they attended Stanford University and earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical Engineering in 2019.
