Ernesto Couso

Ernesto Couso has extensive experience in the technology and IT industry. Ernesto is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of CLOUD BEAKER, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of NOBISYS starting in 2018.

Ernesto also held the role of Practice Lead, Cloud Services at Wursta from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they worked at FCE Benefit Administrators, Inc. as the Senior Director of IT Operations and Software Development from 2020 to 2021 and as the Director of IT Operations from 2015 to 2020.

Earlier in their career, Ernesto served as the Chief Technology Officer / Chief Information Officer at Grupo NetPC from 2011 to 2014. Ernesto also founded and owned Enlace Lógico | Ecuador, where they provided consultancy services and solutions for information technology infrastructures from 2010 to 2013.

Ernesto has held various other roles, including Director of Engineering and Operations at LEBLONCORP S.A from 2008 to 2011, Senior IT and Project Manager at Nettel International from 2004 to 2008, and Engineering Director at M.I. WebWorks from 2003 to 2004.

Ernesto started their career as a Chief Infrastructure Engineer at Colombus Conectividad ISP / Copextel Corportation from 1999 to 2003. Throughout their career, Ernesto has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise in the IT industry.

Ernesto Couso's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Technology and Innovation Management from Northcentral University (2020-2023), a Master of Science - MS in Sciences and Innovation Management from the Superior Institute of Technologies And Applied Sciences (2000-2002), and a Bachelor of Science - BS in Computer Engineering from the Superior Polytechnical Institute Jose Antonio Echeverria (1994-1999). In addition to their degrees, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as ITIL, Amazon Web Services, HIPAA Privacy and Security, Cloud Computing, Linux Administration, Server Administration, Certified Ethical Hacker, and Cisco Network Professional and Associate.
