Ivan Cruz Marrero

Ivan Cruz Marrero has held various roles in the IT field since 2019. Ivan began their career as an IT Technician at Red Sísmica de Puerto Rico in 2019. In 2020, they joined TELEMEDIK INNOVA HEALTH SOLUTIONS, INC. as a Help Desk Technician. Ivan currently works at Cloud Coach, where they serve as Technical Support Manager, Technical Support Specialist Team Lead, and Technical Support Specialist.

Ivan Cruz Marrero attended the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez from 2013 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Computerized Information Systems with a field of study in Business Administration. Ivan also obtained various certifications, such as a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in August 2021, a jQuery Tutorial from SoloLearn in November 2019, a CSS Fundamentals from SoloLearn in October 2019, an HTML Fundamentals from SoloLearn in October 2019, a JavaScript Tutorial from SoloLearn in October 2019, a PHP Tutorial from SoloLearn in October 2019, a Python Tutorial from SoloLearn in October 2019, a SQL Fundamentals from SoloLearn in October 2019, and Students - Class projects from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in October 2020.
