Haley Hoelscher, RDH

Haley Hoelscher, RDH has worked in the dental field since 2017. Haley started as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Modern Dental Group in 2017. In 2018, they were tapped by ownership to take a lead position at Sonoran Hills Dental (Private Practice), where they conducted all new hire training, audited patient files, and conducted hygienist trainings to maintain best-in-class standards. Haley also personally treated 8-10 patients daily, skilled in patient assessment, explanation of findings, treatment planning, dental prophylaxis, non-surgical periodontal therapy, and scheduling of follow-up and re-care appointments. In 2022, they began working for Cloud Dentistry as a Professional Recruiter, where they drove operational expansion of strategic partnerships of dental offices and dental professionals across Arizona and other states. Haley also pioneered a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and fostered relationships to develop trust. Additionally, they developed a contact list from scratch by proactively identifying dental offices in assigned territory. Also in 2022, they began working as an Insurance Agent for Symmetry Financial Group, where they contacted warm and cold leads via phone, email, and zoom to schedule appointments and sell a variety of life insurance products to individuals that are determined to be in need. Haley also implemented recommendations of additional coverage options to increase sales and client satisfaction.

Haley Hoelscher, RDH obtained their Associate of Science (A.S.) in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist from Harper College. Haley also holds certifications from the State of Illinois for Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide, as well as from the State of Arizona for Registered Dental Hygienist.
