Claudine Mae Billanes

Claudine Mae Billanes is an experienced Senior Test Engineer and Quality Assurance Analyst at Cloud Development Resources since September 2019, previously holding the position of Test Engineering Analyst at Accenture from June 2015 to March 2019. Claudine has demonstrated expertise in leading testing teams for SharePoint applications, analyzing requirements, creating and executing test cases and scripts, and conducting various testing types including functional, smoke, and regression testing. A strong focus on defect detection and retesting has ensured that critical bugs do not reach production. Claudine has effectively collaborated with development teams and assisted business users during User Acceptance Testing while ramping up on user stories for the Salesforce platform. Claudine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2015.
