Marilenis Tavarez

Marilenis Tavarez has diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marilenis is currently working as a Delivery Director at Cloud Development Resources since March 2022. Previously, from 2016 to 2022, they served as a Sr. Scrum Master at MEDNAX, Health Solutions Partner. Before that, Marilenis worked as an RCM Systems Manager at Sheridan Healthcorp from 2015 to 2016. Marilenis also held the position of Project Manager / Business Analyst at Univita Health Inc from 2010 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR / Accounting Manager at Twin Stone Designs & Installations,Inc in 2009, and as a Purchasing Manager at Lennar from 2006 to 2008. Marilenis has also held roles as an HR Administrator/Office Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at Lennar from 2003 to 2006. Marilenis began their career as a Customer Service Representative at National Jets Inc from 1999 to 2002. Marilenis started their professional journey as a Teller at Washington Mutual, Inc. and later worked as a Co-Sales Manager at Limited Brands. Throughout their career, Marilenis has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in various roles, including project management, scrum mastering, system management, and team collaboration.

Marilenis Tavarez has a solid educational background. Marilenis obtained their B.A. in Management Information Systems from Florida International University, where they attended from 1995 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their high school studies at Hallandale High School, specializing in General Business Studies, from 1991 to 1995.

Additionally, Marilenis Tavarez has acquired several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they obtained The Executive Certificate in Project Management from Florida Atlantic University, as well as the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through the Scrum Alliance.
